Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is deeply involved with the main reason that students come to Gettysburg College - to take courses and to obtain degrees. We are responsible for maintaining the academic records of all current and former students, including grades, majors, minors, degrees, and graduation honors. We track all students' progress toward the completion of their degrees, and are responsible for making sure that students have completed all requirements necessary to complete their degrees.

Online registration will open for all continuing students on August 5, 2009 to make adjustments to their schedules for both the Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 semesters. All continuing students who have requested to add a fifth course for the Fall 2009 semester may also enroll in their fifth course during this adjustment period. Continuing students may enroll in a fifth course for the Spring 2010 semester during the November adjustment period.
